About GMAP

Global M&A Partners is a partnership of more than 30 independent M&A firms. It is one of the largest in the world: an international representation in more than 50 countries on five continents. Over the past five years, the GMAP firms have closed more than 1,500 successfully completed transactions. The combined value of these transactions exceeds € 42 billion. An international maritime and offshore cluster has been formed within the GMAP by eight international offices specialising in maritime and offshore sectors. The cooperating offices combine their knowledge and skills for an optimal guidance of large international merger and acquisition and restructuring processes.

JBR fulfills an important role within this specialized cluster, defining the focus of the cluster and providing the ambassador, Ben Vree, and president, Kees van Biert, for it.
