Suut has been working as a business analyst at JBR since April 16, 2021 . She graduated in BSc Economics & Business (cum laude) and MSc in Accounting and Finance (cum laude) from Erasmus University in Rotterdam. She then lived in Shanghai for a year to study Chinese language.
I came into contact with JBR through a headhunting agency - after a nice introduction meeting with Iemke & Rick, the ball started rolling and I ended up as a business analyst.
I would like to gain experience in corporate finance issues, where I can advise companies from a financial perspective and make a difference for clients. I am also interested in evaluating various markets and business models.
Being part of a good team within a human company. I also find it important to be challenged in my work and to be able to take responsibility. Finally, I get a lot of energy from a good cooperation with my colleagues and customers.
"Coming together is a start; staying together is progress; working together is success." - For me, a project is only truly successful when there has been good collaboration with the client and the team.
I love walking in nature and cooking chinese food. Besides that, I'm always up for a karaoke/games night with friends....
Alexander is Suut's mentor.
Suut immediately started working and is involved in several projects. In addition, she is introduced to the internal training tools and the organization.
Suut is super enthusiastic and positive! Full of energy she takes on every challenge. Besides her positive look, we are still going to see what we are going to learn from her.
Her bachelor's and master's degrees fit in well with the work. In addition, her background as a strategy consultant provides an interesting perspective. We always have to deal with a mix of strategy and finance within our business cases.
The onboarding program consists of both internal and external courses given. Besides Suut, we have currently welcomed 4 other new colleagues. As a result, we have put together an intensive training program for the coming weeks, consisting of technical, professional courses, combined with practical workshops given by JBR colleagues. In addition, each new colleague will be assigned a 'mentor' as a sparring partner for the first period within JBR. Together with your mentor, new employees draw up a 100-day plan; this plan includes the various training courses to be followed, as well as development objectives.
