The telecom company - a specialized airport operator - provided fixed and wireless voice and data services for common applications and critical processes, such as check-in, baggage handling and security. The shareholders, a leading telecommunications and airport player, decided to terminate their joint venture and spin off those activities that were not directly related to the airport business.
