Map out two future scenarios for a mental health institution. The first scenario is an independent scenario that includes the effects of the mental health care cuts. The second scenario is a collaborative scenario where affiliation with another party is sought.
A niche player in the field of mental health care & employment with four branches had a financing problem due to increasing working capital requirements. There was also a need for a sharper insight into market developments and the consequences of policy choices.
In what direction should the organization develop?
Working closely with management, we sharpened the organization's mission and vision. Then two scenarios were developed, one based on independence and one based on entering into a partnership. This took into account the GGZ cutbacks and conditions for a possible partnership. All possible partners were profiled and talks arranged with the most interesting parties. Meanwhile strengthening the independent course by improving the organization and financial principles through advice and linking with our network. The working capital financing has been arranged with a new bank on the basis of parameters that grow with us.
