From its central location in the Port of Rotterdam, RST handles c. 1.3 million TEU per year through its trimodal connections

Two companies have agreed to acquire Rotterdam Short Sea Terminals (RST) from C. Steinweg Group.

Crestline Investors, Inc, a global institutional private equity investment firm, and Blue Ocean Capital (BOC), a European port infrastructure investment firm, are to acquire RST.In view of the RST acquisition and further acquisition opportunities, Crestline and BOC formed Blue Ocean Terminals Limited.

The vision is to become the preferred partner for maritime supply chain solutions and develop a network of terminals and multimodal logistics platforms.
