I often assist clients who find themselves in challenging situations. The client is considering a transaction (sale or purchase) with a major impact on its daily operations and the strategy of the company, or they find themselves in a turnaround & restructuring process where it's make or break. During these processes I pay close attention to the strategy, the structure and the figures, together with the client and my team.
However, the most important thing I have learned from my years of experience as a consultant: in the end, it's the people behind the numbers and the strategy who count.
