Formulating a new strategy, selling a subsidiary or a group of companies, looking for and then buying a company that fits the strategy of our client, valuing a company or activity, structuring (future) financing and/or finding a suitable
financier willing to invest in the business: in my career at a bank, I had to deal with all of them. But not nearly as intensively as now. At JBR we are not on the sidelines, but right in the middle of the playing field and that makes it all the more interesting and challenging.
