Change is the constant factor in life. Companies are constantly changing by looking for new opportunities. But you do not always have influence on the change. Sometimes it just happens to you. It is therefore important how you deal with it.
In 2012 I had a knee accident that turned my life upside down. A change of my life followed in which I had to set a new course. By looking at the possibilities and adapting myself to the new situation I created new opportunities.
This also applies to my work, where I help companies with financing or transaction issues that include anticipating market developments or seizing opportunities. I prefer to do this in the context of making society a little better.
The first step of my new direction was to obtain my MSc BA Investment Management at the Business School of Tilburg University. During my studies I came into contact with Kempen & Co, where I subsequently worked for almost five years, over three of which as an investment strategist.
During my career, I completed all levels of the prestigious CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) program. A follow-up step in my career towards Corporate Finance led me to a position as a consultant at JBR. Here I get the opportunity to work out financial analytical and organizational issues and work together with the client to find a solution.
